General Information
The Fox Point-Bayside School Board is a five-member, elected board of education that derives its authority to govern the local schools directly from the Wisconsin Constitution and state statutes. Board members serve for a term of three years and/or until their successors are elected and qualified.
Meeting Information
Committee of the Whole Meetings
The Fox Point-Bayside School District Board of Education has consolidated Board committees and will now meet as a Committee-of-the-Whole in open session, except when state statutes allow meetings to go into closed session. A majority of the Board members may be present at the committee meetings. Committee meetings will be used for information gathering, discussion and/or related purposes.
Regular School Board Meetings
Regular School Board meetings will be on the third Monday of the month unless otherwise noted. The meetings will be in open session except when state statutes allow meetings to go into closed session. The agenda may include action items.
Special School Board Meetings
From time to time, the Board may call a special meeting. Special meetings will generally involve a special topic that needs attention in a timely manner.
