Track Results
Our track team had their second meet of the season at USM last night. Overall we had a nice finish with many athletes setting new personal records. Here are just a few highlights.
Charles H. - 2nd place in the 200 meter
Bennett K. - 2nd place in the 400 meter, 1st place in the 800 and 1st place in the 1600
Levi C. - 2rd place in the 1600
Lucie V. - 2nd place in the 1600 meter
Lily W. - 3rd place in the 100 meter hurdles and 2nd place in the high jump
Promise E. - 3rd place in the 100 meter hurdles
Zora S. - 2nd place in the shot put
Audree O. - 1st place in high jump

AIR Workshop
Listen up 7th and 8th graders who have PE today - You must report directly to the art room when you are scheduled to have PE today for Artist in Residence. All 5th and 6th grade students will be taking part in AIR during their Art or Computer Science classes today.
Clothing Swap Meetings
Students leaders involved in the clothing swap will meet over lunch and recess today. 5th and 6th grades will meet in Mrs. Thompson's room a nd 7th and 8th grades will meet in the Makerspace.
PBIS
Congratulations to the 14 homerooms who have finished their Earth Day Breakout Challenge, especially to these groups who finished first in their grade level! Ms. Canham, Ms. McGrath, and Ms. Kender.
If your homeroom hasn't finished the Earth Day Challenge quite yet, here is your reminder that it is due on Friday! Finish it up and earn your group's entry into the Trimester 3 Donut Drawing!
Run Club
Attention anyone interested in joining the Bayside Running Club. We will meet every Thursday during the month of May starting Thursday May 8, and continuing through June 5 after school until 4:30. You are welcome to attend all or some of the running club sessions. No need to sign up, but simply show up ready to do some running! We look forward to seeing you!
Jazz Band - Wednesdays
