New Family IC Online Registration Directions
All families (including Current and Open Enrollment) will need to upload a Proof of Residency document to the Infinite Campus (IC) Portal. Before you begin, make sure you have an electronic copy of one of the following: Property tax bill, Mortgage statement OR Lease Agreement. The document MUST have both your name AND address on it.
All new Students must upload their Birth Certificate. Please have a copy or picture of this document ready for uploading.
If you are unable to upload either of these documents as part of the OLR process, please email to ICHelp@foxbay.org or contact the front office.
Steps to Complete Online Registration (OLR)
- Contact the school office and a link will be emailed to you.
- Select the school year you are registering for and click next
- Helpful hints:
- Fill in (or review for existing families) the information and continue to click next until you finish the tab and click Save/Continue
- The tabs are:
- Student(s) Primary Household (this is where you upload Proof of Residency)
- Parent/Guardian information
- Emergency Contacts (you will be asked for at least 2)
- Other Household (other children in your household that will not be enrolled in our school district at this time - Optional)
- Student (this is where you will enter your new student's information as well as upload their Birth Certificate)
- Once you have completed all the steps, select Save/Continue, followed by the Submit button.

4. Phone Numbers - We only use Voice and Texting to communicate in Emergency situations such as: inclement weather, school closings, unexpected bus delays or cancellations. The box for Text(SMS) must be selected to receive Voice and Text messages for Emergency situations. Voice and Text messages are not applicable for all other preferences, only emails will be sent. In addition to checking the box for texting, you will also need to Text "START" to 91201 at least one time and respond YES to the reply text.
