How to Register Your Child for Summer Pathways

We are excited to offer Summer Pathways for the 2026 Summer. We highly recommend previewing these instructions and verifying you can login to the system prior to March 2nd when registration opens.

Key Information:

1. Registration will open on Monday, March 2, 2026 at 4:00pm in the School Store in the Infinite Campus Parent Portal

2. Fees will not be collected at this time, however you will need to click on “My Cart” to check out for $0.00 and reserve the spots for your child. We will assign course Fees after schedules are finalized in May. Even though your classes have no fees, you will still need to click on “My Cart” to checkout. 

3. When registering your child, you need to select the grade they are CURRENTLY in for the 2025-2026 School Year.

Steps to Register for Classes for Summer Pathways:

1. Login to you Parent IC Portal

• If you do not know your username and/or password, try the Forgot Username and/or Forgot Password options to have it sent to your email.
• If that doesn't work (or you don't have a parent portal), please email ICHelp@foxbay.org for assistance as soon as possible. Please give your name, your child's name and what school they attend. 

2. Click on School Store

3. Select Summer Pathways school

4. Choose your child's grade level to see the classes available

5. A list of classes available is shown. The format is this:

• Session-Hour-Class Name-Grade Level
  • S1H1&2 Movin' to Middle School 4 or S1H4 Sports Frenzy 3-5

7. The recommendation is to have a list of classes chosen (with some alternates in mind)

8. Classes need to be selected by clicking "View".  A pop-up will open. Select the Recipient - Select the student you are registering for. The rest of the family may be visible, but you can only select the child who is grade-level applicable. 

9. Click "Add to Cart"

10. When you have added all of your classes to your cart, you MUST checkout by clicking 'My Cart' to secure your spot in the class(es) and submit a $0 payment. Please note, the names for the classes in this example may differ from what will display during registration.  

11. You must click SUBMIT - Course fees will be assigned after schedules are set (in May) and must be paid by the deadline prior to the start of Summer Pathways. 

If you have any issues, please email ICHelp@foxbay.org. If you login at 4PM on Monday, March 2nd and you don't see Summer Pathways as a school in your School Store, you may have to refresh your window.
