What are Parent Technology Sessions?
The weekly, virtual Parent Technology Session is an exciting new opportunity for parents to ask questions and learn about the many technology tools used at our schools. These responsive sessions will focus on topics suggested by parents, and ways to support your learner using our school technology tools and resources.
These virtual weekly sessions are specific to each school, led by the LMC Specialists. To participate by suggesting topics to discuss during the weekly session, use the Stormonth Parent Tech Session Suggestions or Bayside Parent Tech Sessions Suggestions Google Form.
Each week, the link to the Google Meet virtual Parent Technology Session will be shared from the front office in the Friday Folder (Stormonth) or IC Messenger (Bayside).
These sessions are geared towards learning with technology and not intended to be troubleshooting for hardware or internet issues at home. If you have immediate technical needs with your child's chromebook, please contact your child’s teacher and they can submit a helpdesk request.
