There will be Karoke, open gym, games, prizes and so much more! Admission is just $5.00 and all the fun runs from 7:00 to 9:00 PM. That’s TONIGHT! See you there!
8th Grade feeder dance - Saturday, May 19th!
Attention 8th graders: The 8th grade Feeder Dance is coming up this Saturday night, May 19th at Nicolet High School. Please remember that you will not be able to participate in this fun event unless you have turned in a permission slip signed by your parents, along with the $6.00 admission fee. Even if you show up at the door, your parents will still need to sign your permission slip and pay the $6.00 fee in order for you to attend. This is a great event for ALL 8th graders. You won’t want to miss out on all the fun. This this Saturday, May 19th.
Softball
“Hat’s off” to our girls’ softball team on their tremendous effort last night against Whitefish Bay. While they didn’t come home with the win – they played a great game – coming from behind from a score of 4 – 0, to the final score of 6-4. Great team effort, girls!
AND… There have been some changes in the girls’ softball team practice schedule. There will be NO PRACTICE today, or Monday for girls’ softball. Your next game will be next Tuesday, and your next practice will be held next Wednesday, May 23rd.
Student Council Spirit Day
Good morning, Students and Staff. Mark your calendars and make some fun plans to participate in the Student Council Spirit Day next Wednesday, May 23rd. You have 2 choices on how to participate: Either dress up like your favorite Super Hero, or, make it a Crazy Hair Day! Either way – it’s sure to be a fun day, filled with lots of school spirit!
Schlitz Audubon Center
One of our 8th grade service projects is to help raise money for the Schlitz Audubon Center. The center is in desperate need of money to help feed the birds in their camp. In the Schlitz Audubon Nature Center, each bird has their own story. Therefore, we would like your help and your advisors’ help to donate money. Money will be collected during your lunch recess hour. The winning advisor group gets a party with desert of their choice! (and the chance to place a pie in Mr. Schneider’s face!) All for a great cause!
Next Door Foundation
Hey Bayside! Just a reminder that today is the last day to donate books to the Next Door Foundation. Be sure to drop off your gently- used or new children’s baby or chapter books to any one of the donation bins around the school. Thanks for supporting this worthy cause.
MAP Testing
MAP testing continues today. Today’s testing will be for 5th grade Math.
