Oklahoma Relief Efforts
Attention students and staff: In response to the devastating tornado that struck in Oklahoma this week, Student Council is doing a one-day donation drive to support the American Red Cross disaster relief efforts in Oklahoma. A flier with the details is posted on Bayside Monday folders. Checks should be written out to Bayside Middle school, and all donations (cash or checks) should be turned in to Advisors this morning. Thanks for supporting this very worthy cause.
LMC
Attention students and staff: The LMC will be closed today during 4th, 5th, and 7th hour.
Music Assembly
We are looking forward to the Spring Music Concert assembly this morning at 8:00, featuring the 7th & 8th grade choir, band and orchestra! This is just a reminder that we will be following an altered schedule for today to accommodate the all-school assembly.
Tennis
Good luck to our Bayside tennis team as they take on Whitefish Bay today at 4:00. Group A will be playing today, and the match will be held right here at the Bayside courts. GO BULLS!
Battle of the Books
Attention all 5th graders interested in Battle of the Books: The new list is now available for the 2013-14 Battle of the Books competition. If you are thinking of participating in 6th grade, come to the LMC and pick up a list.
PALS
Attention PALS: Today is the beginning of sign-ups for next week’s outing to Shalom Wildlife. This is the last big outing of the year so make sure to sign up and get teacher permission to Mrs. Ellsworth by next Wed. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to show your PALS’ spirit and friendship !

Attention students and staff: Bayside Garden Center gift cards are for sale again in the front office. If you or your parents are planning to shop at Bayside Garden Center anyway this Spring, why not purchase some gift cards here, and 15% of the sales will come back to Bayside Middle School to support our prairie and outdoor classroom?
