Young Authors/Young Artists
This is just a reminder to Young Authors/Young Artists:Completed work must be submitted this morning for the anthology. No late work will be accepted. We are very excited to showcase the wonderful creative works begun during our field trip.

Green & Healthy Schools Club

8th Grade Graduation Tickets - Pick-up
Attention 8th graders: Please remind your parents that if they haven’t already done so, they should stop in tomorrow (Wednesday, June 1st) after school to pick up their tickets to the 8th grade graduation ceremony taking place on June 9th. A reminder: Graduation fees must be paid in order to receive your tickets. Parents should contact the Bayside office if there are extenuating circumstances.
School Supplies for 2016-17 School Year
Students, please let your parents know that it’s not too early to start planning for next year’s school supplies! There are 2 options available: You can use School-Pak link on our Bayside home page and order on line until July 12th, or you can shop on your own using the lists that are posted on Bayside Monday Folders.
Congratulations to the Bayside track team on finishing the season with a strong performance at yesterday's conference meet. Out of the 8 teams competing, the boys took first place and the girls took third. Top place finishers included: Najiah A in the 100m hurdles; Madissyn M in the high jump; Will N in the 400m and 800m dashes whose times again set a new school record; the 8th grade 4x200 relay team consisting of Max K, TJ W, Taha B, and Elliot N-N also broke the school record.
Other highlights included the 8th grade girls 4x200 relay team consisting of Bella R, Paula G, Hannah M, and Jazmyn S and the 7th grade 4x100 relay team of Najiah A, Sydney M, Madissyn M, and Maya F teams both setting new school records. Other key performances included Cheyne M in the 1600 meter run; TJ W in the 100m dash; Ryan M in the 1600 and 800 meter runs; Caspar U in the hurdles and shot put; Logan R and Elliot N-N in the high jump.
Congratulations again to all the athletes on a great season.
